Frequently Asked

My suburb is not listed. Can you still help?

In most cases, yes. Contact us with your location and we will arrange coverage, a visiting round near you, or a telehealth consultation to get you started.

Do you visit aged care facilities and community centres?

Yes. We regularly provide services at residential aged care facilities, retirement villages and community health settings across Melbourne and regional Victoria.

How far in advance should I book a regional visit?

Regional rounds are scheduled in advance, so we recommend contacting us early. We will advise you of the next available visit to your area and place you on the list.

Can I access services under a government program?

Some clients may be eligible for support through Australian Government hearing programs. Ask us about your circumstances and we will explain what may be available to you.

Book Hearing Care in Your Area

Tell us where you are located and what you need, and we will arrange the next available appointment — in clinic, at your home, or online.
